| Price information The price of a copy of Multiflash or FloWEax is available on request. The costs of the Multiflash suite of programs depend on the number of copies ordered and the specification of the software. Essentially you need to licence the standard Multiflash package and any additional add-ons, such as the Hydrate module or the Excel interface, are optional. If you email us with the details of what you want and how many copies you need we will get back to you with a quotation. Licensing agreements If you accept our quotation we will email or mail you two copies of our standard licence agreement. You should sign and date both copies and return them to us. We will then sign and return one copy to you for your records. Our mailing address is: Copies of the software are supplied with hardware protection, a dongle. They are usually licensed as single stand-alone PC copies or for a LAN network for a specified number of users. However, site or global licences for unlimited use can be negotiated if required.Infochem Computer Services Payment If your company requires a purchase order number in addition to the licence agreement before payment can be made then a copy of this should be faxed or mailed to us. Delivery For the initial supply of Multiflash we either courier or mail by recorded delivery. Updates or extensions ordered at a later date can be supplied by email. If any problem arises at any time you just call or email us and we will do our best to help. |
