• Extending modelling of thermodynamic properties of gas hydrates and hydrate inhibitors to heavier oils in deeper waters.
• Feasibility study for modelling of hydrate kinetics
• Asphaltene and wax precipitation studies, including the effects of co-mingled production and gas injection.
• Wax deposition in pipelines; prediction of temperature, pressure and thickness of wax layer as a function of location; suggested pigging frequencies.
• Studies of mercury partitioning and drop-out in natural gases and condensates.
• Formation of solid CO2 in turbines
• Dew point control and related issues for gases and condensates.
